UN special envoy visits Middle East

UN special Terje Larsen envoy started today a special 13-day visit to the Middle East the to focus on discussing the Israeli withdrawal from south Lebanon.
Larsen's tour includes Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Egypt, during which he is escorted by a team of political, military and legal advisors.
Lebanese Prime Minister Salim al-Hoss said UN troops will help fill any gap that might occur concerning the intended Israeli withdrawal from south Lebanon by July.
