Continuing Egyptian - Sudanese communications

Sudanese Information Minister Ghazi Salah El-Din said that a meeting which took place between Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa and his Sudanese counterpart, Mustafa Othman Ismael, yesterday is a continuation of the coordination and communications between the two states in joint causes.

El-Din added that the discussion tackled means of cooperation between the two states and means of revitalizing the Egyptian- Libyan initiative to achieve full rapport in Sudan.

The Sudanese minister informed Moussa about the agreements Sudan signed with Ethiopia concerning border security.

Moussa informed the Sudanese minister of the results of his meeting with Ahmed El-Merghani, former head of the Sudanese state council, and the results of the communications with head of Ummah Party and the other opposition parties.
