Report: Israeli agricultural delegation visits Jordan

The Jordanian weekly al-Sabil stated on Tuesday, according to a well-informed source, that an Israeli agriculture delegation visited the Jordanian agriculture research station at the al-Baqaa area last Tuesday and met with its director and several officials.
The Israeli delegation inspected the various departments of the station which is considered the most important in Jordan, in which agricultural experiments are conducted.
The paper's sources stressed that the four-member Israeli delegation also met with Jordanian Ministry of Agriculture officials, adding that this visit is the first for an Israeli agricultural delegation to the ministry and to its affiliated station.
