Warnings to Egyptians traveling to Saudi Arabia

The Egyptian Foreign ministry issued advice and guidance to Egyptians traveling to Saudi Arabia speaking of the necessity to adhere to the rules and laws in Saudi Arabia, among which is the law that does not recognize Saudi citizen marriages to a foreigner without previous authorization from the government.

In addition, children are given to the custody of their father no matter how young they are.

Also, a foreign worker has no rights in financial matters unless they had already asked for it 12 months after the end of a contract.

Also, no joint companies or corporations are allowed to be established and foreigners without a permission from authority, otherwise in case of disputes, the Egyptian complainer would not be able to resort to Saudi court system for being liable for legal penalties.
