Forum on Moroccan-Korean cooperation in 21st century opens in Rabat

A forum on "cooperation between Morocco and Korea in the 21st century," opened in Rabat Monday.

Morocco's minister of higher education, vocational training and scientific research, Najib Zerouali, who was attending the meeting, voiced Morocco's interest in the Korean experience in the field of education, noting that the Korean education system has played a major role in promoting human resources and economic and social development.

Participants also stressed the need for Rabat and Seoul to develop, on the basis of their similarities and differences, cooperation in economic, technical and cultural areas.

The two-day forum will address "cooperation prospects between Morocco and Korea in human, social, economic sciences, technology" and "automatic control of power energy system."
