Jordan: Economic relations with Israel are not proceeding satisfactorily
Jordan-Israel, Economics, 4/24/2000
Jordanian Prime Minister Abdul Raouf al-Rawabdeh has asserted that most joint Jordanian- Israeli economic projects are not proceeding satisfactorily.
Al-Rawabdeh, who was accompanying King Abdullah in his visit to Israel on Sunday, said during a meeting he held with several Israeli ministers that matters are not proceeding efficiently, especially in the areas of water and commerce.
For their part, the Israeli ministers explained that the Israeli government is committed to what it had obliged itself to this effect, Israeli Radio reported.
