Egyptian, Sudanese and Libyan FMs to discuss accelerating Sudanese reconciliation

Sudanese Foreign Minister Mustafa Othman Ismael asserted that he will convene a meeting with Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa and the Sec. of the Libyan People's External Liaison and International Cooperation Bureau, Omar Mostafa El-Montaser, at the end of the current month or beginning of next month to discuss the Egyptian - Libyan initiative for reconciliation in Sudan.

In press statements in Khartoum yesterday, he said that consultations are being made concerning the final date of the meeting aimed at accelerating the reconciliation process within the Egyptian - Libyan initiative.

He clarified that the government is in touch with the Egyptian and Libyan mediators as well as with the Sudanese political forces which seek a solution for Sudan's problem.
