Palestinian armed struggle to be resumed
Lebanon, Politics, 4/20/2000

A military official for the Palestinian Fatah Movement in Lebanon, Munir al-Maqdah, stated on Wednesday that the resistance will continue until Israel recognizes all the rights of the Palestinian refugees to their homeland, according to UN resolution 194.

He remarked in a statement to the BBC on Wednesday on the possibility of the return of armed Palestinians in the Lebanese camps to launching attacks on Israeli forces after their withdrawal from south Lebanon to pressure Israel to learn about the extent of Israel's credibility in its negotiations with the Palestinians.
