Israel escalates its aggressions against south Lebanon

The Israeli warplanes on Tuesday carried out four raids between 3 a.m. and dawn on Wadi al-Qiseyah, al-Sawannah triangle, and Khurbet Soloum. Ten air-to-surface missiles were dropped.
Meanwhile, a Lebanese resistance group attacked a joint SLA-Israeli military vehicle in the surrounding of the Israeli occupation and pro-Israel South Lebanon Army militia in Rashaf, Hamid and Balat, using appropriate weapons, a statement said, adding the Lebanese resistance said direct hits were achieved.
The Lebanese resistance also attacked two positions of the Israeli occupation forces and the SLA militia in the occupied Lebanese territories.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said one of its groups attacked al-Ahmadeyah position, while another resistance group attacked Ein Qenya position, and direct hits were achieved.
On the other hand, Israeli radio reported that one Israeli soldier was wounded in an attack carried out by the Lebanese resistance in the occupied part of south Lebanon.
Meanwhile, the Lebanese resistance said its men fired Katyusha rockets at an Israeli military position in the borders of Israel.
In a statement, the Lebanese resistance said that in retaliation for the repeated Israeli attacks against villages where innocent civilians were hit, a group of Lebanese resistance men fired rockets and the military position in the Burket al-Jabbour area.
Another Lebanese resistance statement said the Lebanese resistance successively attacked by rockets and machine-guns the military positions of the Israeli occupation forces and their SLA militias in the areas of Beer Klaab, Dohour al-Kassarat, Burket Dajaj and Barachit.
The statement said that casualties were inflicted on soldiers manning the positions which were directly hit by the resistance men.
Lebanese security sources said the Israeli occupation forces shelled by heavy artillery the towns of Zibqin, Heineh, Azzieh, al-Buttom, Ramadieh, al-Jabal al-Kabir, Seddiqin, and Eita al-Jabal in the occupied part of south Lebanon.
The Israeli shelling coincided with heavy machine-gun fire by the Israeli forces against roads and passages leading to the towns.
The Lebanese security sources also stated that Israeli warplanes raided al-Jabal al-Kabir and dropped several air-to-surface missiles on target areas. The raiding Israeli planes were fired on by the anti-aircraft guns of the Lebanese Army and resistance.
