Israel releases today 13 Lebanese detains

The Israeli army said that 13 Lebanese administrative detains would be released today. The 13 detains were kidnapped in the last years by Israeli commandos groups or elements of the Israeli pro southern Lebanese army. The Israeli supreme court considered - on 12th of current April - their staying in the administrative imprisonment - illegal. A late report by HAARETZ today indicated that there was a delay in the release.
