Report: Pentagon team to visit region for border demarcation between Israel and Lebanon

The Israeli daily Jerusalem Post reported on Saturday that sources at the Israeli Defense Ministry as said a team of experts at the Pentagon are preparing to come to the region to start work on border demarcation between Israel and Lebanon.
The paper explained that the US delegation will come at the invitation of the Israeli government following a visit held by an Israeli delegation led by the deputy chairman of the Israeli Defense Ministry, Moshe Koshani, and officials at the maps department to Washington last week to discuss this issue.
The Israeli paper added that Israeli Foreign Minister David Levy was due to have left for Paris on Sunday where he will meet with French officials to discuss the plans for redeployment of the Israeli forces from south Lebanon. The paper added that Levy will head for New York in May to give UN Secretary General Kofi Annan an official message which sets the plans of Israeli redeployment according to UN resolution 425.
