King Mohammed to chair national promotion council session

King Mohammed VI will chair next May 4 the opening session of the Higher Council of National Promotion and Planning. The three-day meeting will examine a draft economic and social development plan for 2000-2004.
The King chairs the Council in accordance with Article 32 of the Constitution.
