Musharraf to visit Arab League next week

Gen. Pervez Musharraf, head of the ruling military council in Pakistan, is due to visit Arab League headquarters in Cairo on Monday during his visit to Egypt, which begins on Sunday.
During his visit, Musharraf is due to meet with Arab League Secretary General Esmat Abdul Meguid to create Arab support for Pakistan's positions in the regional and the international fields and to get spiritual support for its current system.
Sources in the Arab League said the Pakistani ruler will also meet with the council of the permanent delegates to inform them of the latest developments in his country.
