A message from Sultan Qaboos to President Mubarak

Omani Foreign Minister Yousef Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah is to arrive tomorrow on an official visit to Egypt, during which he is conveying a message from Oman's Sultan Qaboos Bin Said to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. The message includes means of carrying out the resolutions of the Arab foreign ministers council that was recently held in Beirut and of convening an annual summit for Arab heads of state, kings, princes and rulers.
Omani sources in Cairo said this diplomatic move comes in the frame of Oman's chairmanship of the Arab League council until the end of this year.
