Asking European countries to present support for mine removal

The participants in the international symposium about "mines and its effect on the development" in which governmental international and specialized civil organizations in the mines field, specialists in countries, U.N and its organizations as well as its specialized agencies especially the countries responsible for planting mines to help remove these mines as they cause major problems to development.
They asked that financial support and technical aid be presented to the effected countries with mines and other explosives so that removal operations can proceed to treat the problems caused by the mines and that result in losses in development, humans, animals as well as agricultural.
The participants in the symposium which lasted for three days in the Arab League's headquarters urged the media bodies and the scientific research centers and the concerned organizations to adopt awareness campaigns to show the danger of ground mines and explosives as well as exchanging information concerning it in addition to its related programs in cooperation with the concerned governments.
