Moussa to hold important talks with Omani foreign minister

Egyptian Foreign Minister Amr Moussa is due to hold important talks Saturday with the Omani state minister for foreign affairs Yusef bin Alawi who is to arrive at Cairo on Saturday morning for a 3-day visit to Egypt.

The talks between the two foreign ministers will tackle the latest developments on the regional and the international arenas of joint concern topped by the peace process in the Middle East which is currently facing many obstacles on different tracks due to the Israeli policies in not fulfilling signed agreements and commitments with it.

The talks will also tackle Arab relations and the Egyptian - Omani coordination of the proposed mechanisms for the Arab summit considering Oman the current head for the session of the Arab league's council in addition to discussing means of developing the bilateral means of pushing forward economic and trade issues.
