Establishing an Egyptian - Chinese business council

It was decided to establish an Egyptian - Chinese business council on the margin of Chinese President Jiang Zemin's visit to Cairo next week.
The council includes 15 members from both sides. The Egyptian industrial union started steps to form the council through inviting the members who are concerned with developing relations with China.
Egyptian businessman Hany Serour will head the council, He also supervises the establishment of the Chinese City in Sinai with $200 million in investments.
Members of the council are to get the future work plan during President Zemin's visit.
