GCC relations with Iran underlined

The secretary general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jamil al-Hujeilan, has asserted the importance of developing relations between the GCC member states and Iran.
In a statement to the BBC aired on Sunday evening, the GCC secretary said that this development falls in the ultimate end in the interests of the countries of the region in settling pending issues, especially the disputes between the United Arab Emirates and Iran over three Gulf islands.
