Lebanese - Syrian understanding concerning the peace process

Lebanese Minister of Oil, Electricity and Water Resources Sulayman Trablousi stated that the Syrian position is identical with the Lebanese one concerning Israeli withdrawal from south Lebanon, referring to Syria's welcome of the Israeli withdrawal from Lebanese territory on the condition that the withdrawal is full.
Trablousi said that Lebanon adheres to a note Lebanese President Emile Lahoud sent to United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan, containing Lebanese questions concerning the withdrawal from the south.
He added that President Lahud's note to Annan relates to the topic of the Palestinian refugees in south Lebanon and the compensation Lebanon demands for damages due to the occupation.
It also says the withdrawal must be made according to UN Security Council resolution 425, and that withdrawal means the Israeli withdrawal to the points before the occupation in 1978.
