Turkish President for good relations with Syria

Turkish President Suleiman Demirel has asserted that his country has always desired to keep good neighborly relations with Syria in all areas. In a statement to the Saudi daily Okaz published on Saturday, the Turkish president said Turkey wants to improve its relations with Syria and that it will give these relations a push forward in all domains. He remarked that his country's relations with Israel are not at the expense of the Arabs.
