Morocco and Egypt to triple trade as a start

Meetings of the joint Moroccan - Egyptian commercial committee are commencing today under the chairmanship of Egyptian Minister of Economy Boutros Ghali and Moroccan Minister of Industry and Trade Alami Tazi.
The meetings will last for two days and prepare for the meetings of the joint Moroccan - Egyptian supreme committee under the chairmanship of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and King Mohammed VI that will be held in May, aiming at pushing forward trade investment between the two states in different fields.
The committee will discuss increasing the volume of commercial exchange from $36 million to $100 million annually and discussing the obstacles confronting trade between the two states.
