Kenya's Arap Moi gets message from King Mohammed

President Daniel Arap Moi of Kenya Thursday got a message from King Mohammed VI.
The Royal Message was handed to president Moi in Nairobi by Moroccan minister in charge of Maghreb, Arab and Islamic World affairs, Abdeslam Znined.
Moi and Znined exchanged views on several issues of common concern, especially those related to the situation in Africa, the Moroccan foreign affairs and cooperation department said in a release.
Talks tackled the candidacy of Moroccan Omar Kabbaj for a second term on top of the African Development Bank.
Moi expressed Nairobi's backing to Kabbaj's candidacy, the release said, adding that the two sides agreed to consolidate bilateral cooperation.
King Mohammed dispatched recently envoys to several African countries with messages to their presidents on Kabbaj's candidacy.
