Kuwait for convening a pan Arab summit

Kuwait's minister of state for foreign affairs, Suleiman Majid al-Shahin, has asserted that the question of an Arab summit receives great interest from Kuwait. In an interview with Sawt al-Arab radio on Friday, the Kuwaiti minister said that convening such a summit needs to draw a common ground on the basis of which this summit will be convened.
