Higher Education Minister Zerouali meets Lieberman

Moroccan Higher Education, Staff-Training and scientific Research Minister Najib Zerouali met in Rabat Thursday with the US undersecretary of state for public affairs and diplomacy, Evelyn Lieberman.
Talks centered on means of enhancing higher education bilateral cooperation and making the most of the American education system experiment and turn universities into a genuine instrument of socioeconomic development.
Lieberman gave a lecture Wednesday at the Al Akhawayn University hosting in Ifrane the "AUI-American Day" and later visited monuments and old quarters in the city of Fez.
