The Tunisian president Zein El-Abidin Bin Ali urged on establishing many committees and organizations for the European - African cooperation for following up implementing the Cairo declaration that was issued by the first Africa - Europe summit held in Cairo on Monday and Tuesday. Damascus and Khartoum decided on establishing a joint navigation company between the two states for serving joint trade between them through the second half of this year. The fund will be shared between the two states. A Kuwaiti court said yesterday that it will issue in May its verdict on women's political rights, adding that it will issue on May the 29th a verdict concerning a lawsuit that was pressed by a group of Kuwaiti women last March against the minister of interior and head of the Kuwaiti parliament in this regard. A group of women said that "16 men - likely to be from the Islamic trend - asked the court yesterday to delay its verdict till the presentation opinion of the legislative body in it."
