A limited reshuffle in Tunis

The Tunisian president Zein El-Abidin Bin Ali issued a decision of appointing Afif Hindawi as minister of human rights, communication as well as relations with the deputies council instead of El-Dali El-Tazi. A press statement issued by the Tunisian embassy in Cairo said that 'the reshuffle also comprised appointing Abd El-Raouf El-Basiti as a head for the Tunisian radio and T.V corporation to succeed Fathi El-Howaidi yet the statement did not reveal the reasons behind these sudden reshuffle.
