America Day in Al Akhawayn University

Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane AUI, Atlas Mountain resort, played host Wednesday to the American Day, to praise the Morocco-US bilateral cultural and educational exchanges.
A center, dubbed The Hillary Clinton Women Empowerment Center, was dedicated at AUI. It aims at developing activity and academic programs revolving around the reinforcement of women's role in development.
An Executive Education Center was also inaugurated to provide training for business leaders and to promote the common goals of AUI and the US trade chamber in Morocco.
Sports, artistic, academic and cultural activities were organized on the fringe of the day.
AUI is a private university, designed after the Anglo-Saxon educational system. It provides training in various scientific, business and cultural fields.
