Morocco to build cement plan in Laayoune

Morocco will build a $10 million cement plant in Laayoune, major city in the Moroccan southern provinces. The plant will produce 250,000 tons of cement annually and will be operational as of the end of the year.
The plant that will supply cement to the local market will surely have a positive impact on urban promotion in the southern provinces.
