Spanish group to inject 25 billion pesetas in Morocco

Spanish Superdiplo group is projecting to open some 40 supermarkets throughout Morocco over the five coming years for a total investment of 25 billion pesetas, reported the economic supplement of El Pais daily.
Two supermarkets will be opened before next September by the Superdiplo-Maroc branch where La Banque Marocaine du Commerce exterieur holds 25% of the capital.
Superdiplo runs some 303 trade centers in Spain and is projecting to open 38 others in the course of the current year.
The group's turnover stood at more than 191 billion pesetas and gains reached 8.17 billion pesetas in 1999.
