Tunisian - Indian commission holds meeting

The Tunisian - Indian cooperation commission is to open this Tuesday a two-day meeting to debate ways to enhance bilateral cooperation.
The session will be an opportunity for India to assess what advantages it can draw from Tunisia's association accord with the European Union, the Tunisian press reported.
Trade between the two countries totaled $ 225 million in 1999.
India imports chemical products from Tunisia and sells cotton, nylon and equipment goods to the Maghreban country.
