Moroccan - African converging views on continent under-development

Togolese President Gnassingbe Eyadema and Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al Bashir said meetings with King Mohammed VI showed convergence of views on bilateral issues and the continent's underdevelopment.
Eyadema told Moroccan media we agreed underdevelopment was the most important problem Africa was faced with and urged Africans to speak one language in talking to Europe and make a priority of upgrading African living standards.
Al Bachir said his meeting with the king raised bilateral, regional and international issues and focussed on regional cooperation as a means to face up globalization.
