Arab states fair for tourism and travel concludes in Beirut

The Arab states third fair for tourism and travel (AWTTE 2000), in which 100 companies from Spain, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Syria, Tunis, India, Vietnam, and Lebanon have participated, is concluding tonight.
The fair is organized by the Lebanese Tourism Ministry to develop and revitalize the tourism exchange among Lebanon and the participating countries, in addition to turning Lebanon to an international tourism stock market for the markets of the Middle East
Symposiums were held on the margin of this fair, which opened its works on Friday, in which 120 experts from international travel organizers participated to discuss the tourism development in the Middle East under the auspices of the World Tourism Organization.
