Qaddafi arrives in Cairo

Libyan Leader Col. Muammar al-Qaddafi arrived on Friday morning at al-Salloum border area between Egypt and Libya in a visit to Egypt during which he will take part in the first summit between the European Union and the African states to be held on Monday and Tuesday in Cairo.
Al-Qaddafi was due to spend Friday night at a plantation on the way to Cairo before he arrived today in Cairo.
