King Fahd congratulates Khatami on the new Hijra year

Iranian President Muhammad Khatami on Friday received a cable of congratulations from King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia on the fall of the new Solar Hijra year in Iran which starts on March 21.
In his cable, King Fahd extended his greetings to President Khatami together with his best wishes for the Iranian people of continued prosperity and progress.
The Iranian President also received a similar cable on this occasion from the Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah and from the Minister of Defense in Saudi Arabia Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz.
