The next finance bill will be based upon solidarity principles and production enhancement, said Thursday Economy and Finance Minister Fathallah Oualalou in the weekly government council meeting.

Alioua said the budget for the last semester of this year earmarks 1.5 billion dhs to assist small farmers via the rural promotion fund topped by the prime minister.
As to boosting the production system, the second major axis of the bill, the minister said the Hassan II foundation will be financing, thanks to second GSM license revenues, first basic projects in the second half of the year to spur on development and investments.
