King Mohammed visits handicapped children's center

On the occasion of the national day for the disabled, King Mohammed VI visited Thursday afternoon the "Ibn Al Baitar" institution catering to handicapped children in the Khemisset province.
The Mohammed V Foundation will be financing for a total of 7.2 million dhs refurbishment works of the institution built in 1972 and construction of 4 more dorms, a restaurant, a kitchen, a cafeteria, orthopedy and sports halls and medicare and reading rooms.
The king chaired ceremonies handing the center transportation vehicles, wheelchairs and garments and signing a partnership agreement between the home ministry and the department in charge of the disabled.
