German holding projects to construct holidays club in Agadir

A German tourism holding "Aldiana" is projecting to construct a holiday club with a 1,000 bed capacity in the Moroccan southern city of Agadir.
The Club Mediterrannee-like compound will extend over 10 hectares on the sea front.
Aldiana, a subsidy of the German Neckermann tour operator, is also planning to construct a golf course over 50 hectares in the region of Agadir. The holding is requesting Moroccan authorities' assistance to purchase the plots of lands it requires.
Neckermann which channels to Morocco some 70,000 German and European tourists per year is already constructing a hotel in Agadir.
