The Lebanese Prime Minister Salim al-Hoss on Wednesday received a message from US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. The message was conveyed by the US ambassador to Lebanon, David Satterfield.
The message dealt with the results of the Geneva summit held between Syrian President Hafez al-Assad and US President Bill Clinton.
