Permanent delegates to Arab league demand full peace in Sudan

The Arab League council decided in concluding its works on the level of the permanent delegates at the Arab League to support efforts to achieve a full peace in southern Sudan and urged Islamic and Arab non-governmental organizations to intensify their development and humanitarian activities as well as rescue work.
It also urged the Arab states to present support and praised the response presented by the Arab states to Sudan assuring support for Sudan in confronting threats to its stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity, refusing any attempts to divide it.
They also urged supporting Sudan in the regional and international organizations, warning of the seriousness of the foreign interference in Sudan's affairs on stability and security in the area, denouncing any resolutions that work to support any dissension, especially through financial or military support or imposing no-fly zones in Sudan.
