The Iraqi weekly al-Itihad said that Odai Saddam Hussein, the eldest son of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, has won the elections in his fifth electoral district in Baghdad with 99.99% of the votes at 44 ballot centers.
The paper added that Odai received 100% of the votes in most of the ballot centers.
