Morocco and Turkey agreed Monday in Ankara to reactivate a bilateral cultural agreement dating back to 1966. The rain prayers called upon by King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz of Saudi Arabia was held on Monday morning at Mecca "al-Haram" mosque and al-Madina al-Mounawarra mosque besides all mosques in Saudi Arabia.
