Emir of Qatar gets a message from Libyan leader

Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Monday received a message from Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gaddafi. The message dealt with bilateral relations between the two states and several issues of mutual concern.
The Gulf News Agency said that the secretary of the Libyan bureau for Arab relations, al-Mabrouk Muhammad al-Madani, handed over the message to Qatari Crown Prince Jasem Bin Hamad al-Thani during their meeting on Monday in Doha.
