New projects for producing Egyptian natural gas

Two new projects for producing 600 million cubic feet of natural gas daily from the fields of western Sahara are being run today with a billion dollars investment to meet the needs of the Egyptian local market in homes, industrial organizations, production sectors and in different services.
The first project, affiliated to the Egyptian Khaleda company, will produce 300 million cubic feet of natural gas daily as well as involving several other petroleum products.
Investments in the project reach $325 million while the second project affiliated to Badr El-Din will present 300 million cubic meters daily in addition to 30,000 barrels of other petroleum products.
