Establishing an Egyptian - Ugandan Company

The first Egyptian - Ugandan company will be established this week with a primary capital reaching 100 million Ugandan shillings ($100,000), as the company aims at exporting Ugandan goods abroad, including agricultural products and leather, in addition to presenting services the Ugandan market needs.
The company will establish an industrial zone 25 kilometers from Kampala, the Ugandan capitol, on the international highway which links Kenya and Uganda, on 70 feddans at a cost of $70 million, among which $8 million is dedicated for the first stage.
The zone is to include industries concerning producing fruits, furniture, construction tools and tanneries.
