23 countries to participate in Arab COM 2000 in Lebanon

Beirut is hosting tomorrow for the third straight year the international Arab conference and fair for developing communications in the Arab states, Arab COM 2000, which will last until March 28.
23 Arab and foreign states are participating in this conference, as are the international union for communications, the Arab League, the Gulf Cooperation Council, the European union for communications and 15 ministers of communications and technology in the Arab states.
Among the most important participating countries are the USA, the UK, Egypt, India, France, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Syria, Libya, Italy, Norway, Tunisia Palestine, Finland, Morocco, Qatar, Bahrain and China which participates in for the first time in this prominent conference.
