Lebanon: 30 Million euros for Lebanese hotels

A loan of 30 million euros presented from the European Investment Bank to the Lebanese government started being carried out in Beirut to develop the Lebanese hotels.
This loan is run by Lebanon's central bank for the development and construction council affiliated to the Lebanese government, and owners of three- and four-star hotels will benefit from this loan. The central bank will grant loans that do not exceed 50% of the project's costs and of no less than 50,000 euros or more than 2.5 million euros.
The loan's period is 12 years with a two-year allowance period.
