Libyan-Vietnamese relations highlighted

Libyan-Vietnamese talks started in Tripoli on Tuesday evening on backing and strengthening cooperation relations between the secretariat of the people's general conference in Libya and the Vietnamese National Assembly in various areas.
The inauguration session of these talks were attended by the secretary of the foreign affairs department at the Libyan's people's congress, Suleiman al-Shahoumi, the vice-chairman of the national society in Vietnam and members of the Libyan and Vietnamese delegations.
