Algeria, Indonesia sign three cooperation agreements

Algeria and Indonesia on Tuesday signed three agreements. The first relates to reciprocated encouragement and protection of investment, the second is on abrogating double taxation and the third on the level of representation in the joint Indonesia- Algerian committee, to be on the level of foreign ministers.
On the Algerian side, the agreements were signed by the foreign minister, Youcef Yousfi, and the Indonesian side was represented by the foreign minister, Alawi Shehab, currently on an official visit to Algeria.
In a press meeting he held following the signing of the agreements, Yousfi stressed that the talks he held with his Indonesian counterpart availed the discussion of means of developing cooperation between the two countries and that international issues of mutual concern were reviewed.
For his part, the Indonesian minister made it clear that future cooperation between the two countries is great and would provide for fruitful economic relations.
