US: Palestinian - Israeli talks in Washington on March 21

US State Department Spokesman James Rubin said in a statement yesterday that Mideast peace talks will resume on the Palestinian - Israeli track on March 21 at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C. to reach a framework agreement on the resolution of the final status issues and to address remaining interim issues. "The U.S. will be working with both sides to facilitate progress," the statement said.
