Warning against settling soldiers of the South Lebanon Army in Israel

Bloc of the Democratic Front for Peace and Equality in Israel warned Prime Minister Ehud Barak's government against attempting to settle soldiers from the pro-Israel South Lebanon Army militia in Arab villages or in Arab districts of cities in Israel.

Radio Tel Aviv quoted the spokesman of the bloc as saying that the information available has proven that the Israeli general security body is making executive steps to settle the SLA soldiers in the Arab villages in Israel in the range of the Israeli army's preparations to withdraw from Lebanon.
